Deanna
McBrearty discovered dance at age 12. One year later, as she was
preparing to move away from home to study ballet full-time, she
was diagnosed with scoliosis. Her condition was so severe that doctors
told her that she would never dance.
"Dance was my dream and I was determined to not let my condition
get in the way."
After wearing a special back brace during all hours of the day,
Deanna's back slowly began to straighten, and eventually healed.
She went on to not only get into the School of American Ballet,
but four years later, she become an
acclaimed solo and corps performer with the New York City Ballet.
Deanna is now making a big splash off-stage as a choreographer,
writer, model, certified personal trainer and the creator of her
very own fitness program, Balocity.
"I achieved my dream and I feel truly blessed. And now I want
to inspire others through dance. Balocity will enable you to achieve
a high level of fitness and confidence with total body awareness.
This cardio program gives your workout a classic twist to invite
you back to your inner performer. "
